Refund Policy


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of items from the Available Designs collection within 15 days of receipt of your parcel.

To do so, send us an e-mail to, mentioning your order number and the reason of your return. Your item must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in packaging that protects it during transport. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made and personalized orders.

Your item is made to last, in all weathers and conditions. However, should you notice one or more imperfections, please do not hesitate to contact us at so that we can assist you.



We will confirm reception of your return by e-mail as soon as it arrives at our office. It will then be inspected and if the conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.


Items purchased during special offers are not eligible for a refund, as all sales are final.
